Since 2004, Eleni Overell worked within the legal industry, practising in many areas of law.

From initially working as a secretary for solicitors, Eleni found her passion in the law and went on to study Certificate IV in Legal Services, to then Certificate IV in Legal Services and Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing.

These courses then led Eleni to completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Sydney (Now Western Sydney University).

Since becoming a solicitor, Eleni has worked with reputable solicitors, law firms and barristers across New South Wales and Australia.

Eleni pursued her passion which has now enabled her to act for people who need guidance with the legal battlefield.

Over the years, Eleni has practiced in Property Law, Wills, Probate/Estate matters, Criminal Law, Traffic Law, Family Law, Dispute Resolution & Litigation and Commercial Law and also prosecuted for Roads Maritime Services for over 3 years.

Eleni is admitted in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.

Eleni to further assist her community is also on the NSW Legal Aid Panel and can also assist you preparing your legal aid application.
